The staff at Sleep Inn & Suites Bush Intercontinental, Iah East were incredibly friendly and accommodating, truly going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was well-maintained, featuring a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after long travel days. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch with a variety of options, including fresh fruit and pastries.

So, we chose this hotel because the room was nicely arranged, clean and cool. I had one guy at the front who seemed not helpful when I asked about the shuttle and the distance to the train station—he just didn’t care to assist.

I had an overall pleasant stay! I loved the free Wi-Fi and the comfortable king-size bed. The free breakfast with fresh waffles was a nice touch, too.

Had to check in at 5:30 PM because the room wasn't ready, and once inside, the cleaning left much to be desired, with hair found in the shower drain. The shuttle service seemed unreliable. had to reserve a spot for a crowded bus, forcing us to take an Uber instead. Also, the room contained signs about charges for missing items, which feels a bit off-putting. Oddly enough, there were ear plugs provided next to the beds, a questionable amenity that hinted at noise issues, especially coming from nearby establishments.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, made me feel really welcome! The room was clean, but the shower was always cold. Oh, and the elevator was out when I was leaving, which was a pain with my suitcase. Breakfast wasn’t bad either! A lot of options for a quick meal. Just wish things were smoother.

i stayed in a standard king room at sleep inn for one night. the location is super convenient, only about 10 minutes from the airport. I loved the 24-hour front desk staff. they were very nice, and the airport shuttle service was a great perk. plus, i enjoyed the complimentary coffee in my room and being able to use the on-site gym.

The room was spacious with air conditioning and a comfortable bed. It had a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. I liked the fitness center and the outdoor swimming pool. The 24-hour front desk was super helpful, and the airport shuttle made getting around easy.
